Custom Order Turnaround
We do our best to complete custom orders as quickly as possible. Once the final proof is signed, it takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks to print the job. Please note, design time is different for each project and varies by customer depending on the design and the back-and-forth communication. Below are estimated timelines for typical custom pieces. There are always exceptions to these estimates and, within reason, we can usually accommodate your timeline. Wedding invitations: 2 months Save-the-date cards: 4-6 weeks Baby announcements: 2-3 weeks Social stationery: 2-3 weeks
Custom Order Proofs
Two rounds of changes to your initial proof are included with your order. Additional rounds of revisions are $40 per round. We email color PDF proofs or photograph directly to you. If local, proofs can be viewed in studio.
Envelopes
Pre-shipment of envelopes: We can ship blank envelopes out early, as soon as we have an approved contract and deposit, for no additional cost (other than shipping). You can purchase additional envelopes for a nominal cost.
Shipping for Web Orders
We ship ground shipping to U.S. and Canada. Expedited shipping is also available for an upcharge. We ship worldwide with reasonable international rates. Folded pieces are shipped scored and flat for more secure shipping. Domestic orders $50 or more receive free ground shipping. Local orders have a free in-store pickup option.
Custom Order Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when you place your order. When you approve the proof, we charge the non-refundable balance before we start printing. We accept Paypal, money orders and personal checks. Orders cannot be canceled after proof approval.
Sales tax
We charge 6% sales tax only on orders shipped to an Iowa address. Orders shipped outside of Iowa are not charged sales tax. International customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes. Gift wrap is available.
